Research and implementation programs
CenHTRO follows a Collective Impact (PDF) approach that includes a commitment of the funding organizations, CenHTRO, local
implementing partners, and local governments to the common agenda of meeting clearly
defined objectives to reduce the prevalence of human trafficking. We use research and the collection of baseline data to identify target populations that are exploited in a trafficking sector. We then work with local agencies to implement rigorous anti-trafficking programs and policies. To reduce the prevalence of human trafficking in the countries where we work, CenHTRO works collaboratively to transform the capacity of community-engaged agencies to implement prevention, prosecution, and protection strategies.
