Meet the Team

In her role as Associate Director of Programs, Dr. Bolton coordinates CenHTRO programs in Senegal, Sierra Leone, Zambia, and Malawi. She is responsible for facilitating data collection activities, including CenHTRO child trafficking household survey, which was the largest household survey to be conducted in Sierra Leone. She also manages capacity-building of anti-trafficking programming partners. With country teams, she also spearheads the cultivation of strong strategic relationships with stakeholders, from community-based organizations to national governments. She brings eight years’ experience in program and grants management and research to the role, having previously served as the Program Manager for Sierra Leone. Her doctorate is in geography.
