Cassandra Eng (she/her) is an applied anthropologist who specializes in qualitative, collaborative, and equitable community-engaged research. Cassandra’s research interests include survivor inclusion in the human trafficking movement, the child welfare system, and bridging the gap between service providers and survivors of trafficking. She centers meaningful engagement, sustainability, and harm reduction and trauma-informed care in her work. Cassandra also seeks to reframe how survivorship is viewed and advocates for a space for grace to encourage empathy and healing. Cassandra holds a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology and a certificate in Ethnography.
