Gabriel Varig Manga

Senegal Project Officer
Gabriel Varig Manga joined CenHTRO as a Project Officer in Senegal. He serves as an additional in-country liaison for a project on human trafficking in Kédougou, Senegal. As a NGO worker, Gabriel is a social development specialist and a manager with excellent administrative, legal and organizational skills. For more than 5 years at Better World, a Korean International Development NGO with a branch in Senegal, Gabriel helped to supervise and guide the various activities of the organization, he assisted in project execution. With proof of leadership, multitasking aptitude and convenience approach, he supervised the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring proper coordination of the work in Senegal as an Administrative Manager. Gabriel is a chevening alumnus and has graduated from the University of Sussex, he earned as well a Master of Science in Management : option Business Law and Taxation in Senegal. Gabriel received certificates from training on ‘’Global Saemaul Undong’’, a community-driven development program (new village movement) at the Institute for International Development Cooperation, Yeungnam University in South Korea, and on ‘’Building a Better Response’’ with The Harvard Humanitarian Initiative on e-learning.
